Set up vacation auto-replies on MySwiftBox

When you are out of the office, it helps to let people know you are away and when they can expect a reply. MySwiftBox can send an automatic response using a filter in webmail.

Open webmail: myswiftbox.com/mail and sign in.

Create a vacation reply filter

Open the Settings tab, then:

  1. Click Filters.
  2. Under the Filters card, click the + button.
  3. Name the filter something you will remember, for example Vacation.
  4. For incoming mail, choose All messages.
  5. Open the action dropdown and select Reply with message.
  6. Write your vacation message in the message body. You can also set a Message subject line. If you need replies to come from a specific alias, add it to Sender address.
  7. Click Save.

New mail will receive your automatic reply. There is no built-in schedule: turn the filter on before you leave and turn it off when you return. For forwarding mail to a colleague, see email forwarding on MySwiftBox.
