FAQ

Do you use AI in customer support?

Not in a way that removes the human connection. Swift Grid is, and will always primarily be, a relationship-based managed hosting provider. When you call, chat, or email us, you reach real engineers and operators who know your environment, not an endless loop of scripted bots pretending to understand your problem.

That said, we are not afraid of AI. We use it thoughtfully behind the scenes and in tools we share with clients: faster log analysis, smarter monitoring alerts, documentation helpers, and workflows that let our team spend less time on repetitive tasks and more time on the work that actually needs a human brain. AI is an accelerator for our people, not a replacement for them. You will never be told to just ask the chatbot when your site is down at 2 AM.

This matters because managed hosting is built on trust. You are handing us production systems, client data, and business continuity. That relationship requires accountability: someone who picks up the phone, owns the outcome, and remembers what you deployed last quarter. We invest in AI where it makes our team sharper and your experience smoother, but the promise at the centre of Swift Grid has not changed: direct access to the people who built and run your stack.

If you are evaluating hosts and wondering whether AI-powered support means you will never talk to a person again, we think that is the wrong trade-off. We would rather be the host you can actually reach, with modern tools under the hood and a human voice on the line.
