FAQ

Can you migrate my site from another host?

Yes. Migrations are one of the most common projects we take on. Whether you are leaving a big-box shared host, an unresponsive provider, a DIY VPS you have outgrown, or an agency platform that no longer fits, we handle the technical move so you are not rebuilding from scratch.

A typical migration starts with a short discovery call: what is running (WordPress, custom app, email, databases), what access you still have, and any downtime window you can tolerate. From there we pull files and databases, stage on Swift Grid infrastructure, test forms, SSL, cron jobs, and email routing, then cut over DNS when you are ready. We plan for SEO-preserving URL structure, redirect rules, and post-launch monitoring, not just copy files and hope.

We have moved single business sites, multi-site agency fleets, and more complex stacks. If your old host is cooperative, great. If they are not, we have recovery paths for that too. The goal is the same: land on managed hosting where the team that migrated you is the team that answers when something needs attention afterward.
